Hirer & Driver
The hirer must be in possession of a full international or Thai driving license. Hirer must be a minimum of 20 years old.
Required Documents
Driving license and passport must be presented on day of rental.
Terms of Payment
A minimum payment of 20% of full bill ( estimated ) is due on reservation. Full bill is payable on taking delivery of rental vehicle. Any bill adjustments will be made on completion of rental period.
Delivery & Collection Service
Free delivery and collection service anywhere on the island of Samui.
Insurance
All rentals come with fully comprehensive insurance. An excess of 10,000 Baht is payable if hirer is unable to produce insurance details of third party or hirer is responsible for the accident.
An equivalent rental vehicle will be provided incase of vehicle malfunction.
Rental Requirements
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of rental date. Rental extensions must be requested at least 24 hours before return time of vehicle. Late returns will be charged at half day rental cost up to 5 hours late. Late returns exceeding 5 hours will be charged one day full rental .
Fuel. All vehicles are provided with a full tank of high quality gasoline as specified by vehicle manufacturer. A fuel charge will be applied for any amount of fuel under full tank plus 10% service charge.
It is not permitted to take any rented vehicle from the island of Samui, except by special arrangement.
