In case permission by the lessor out of Koh samui, any an accidents the renter must to be responsibility for all damages by himself and a third party. 10. If the renter loses the key of vehicle the renter has to pay 1,000 ฿. 11. The renter promises to maintains and take good care of the vehicle as his own property. 12. Pakring and traffic fines are responsibility of the renter. 13. Loss of earnings. renter must pay compensation to third party. Security Deposit - - A passport must be held as security deposit of the duration of the rental period. If the renter does not wish to use a passport as security then full payment a requires an advance. Along with full payment a further 10,000 B. , is required as security deposit which will be returned at the end of the rental period barring and vehicle damage. - - No refund deposit for a changing mind of renter. |
