Each guestroom is equipped with the following facilities & amenities:

Check-Out Time: 12:00PM noon; late check-out allowed (a "Day Use" charge of THB 500 might apply).
Check-In Time: 14:00PM; earlier check-ins allowed for confirmed reservations, but please do inform us in advance.
All guestrooms benefit from both unobstructed views of Chiang Mai's city center. A few guestrooms offer a good direct view of Wat Phrathat Doi Suthep, the mountain-top Temple overlooking Chiang Mai.
Families and/or groups of friends can be accommodated in inter-communicating guestrooms with twin single beds and double beds.
Complimentary continental breakfast is provided in an open-space area equipped with the latest in audio & video entertainment; breakfast time is 07:00AM to 09:30AM.

We provide a free internet hotspot (Wi-Fi 801.11g) in the lobby for guests wanting to surf the Net with their own laptops.
For your security our premises are covered by a 24h CCTV system, and we have after-hours security personnel.
Unfortunately we cannot provide parking facilities; guests are also politely advised that our property offers very few attractions to young children (< 14 years old), and it might prove unsuitable for them.
